Matthew 11:25
“I give praise to you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for although you have hidden these things from the wise and the learned you have revealed them to the childlike.”

Do you feel like you just don’t measure up or qualify to be an instrument of God? Do you feel like you aren’t good enough? Good…then you’re definitely ready! It really has nothing to do with our perceived “readiness.” Jesus says God reveals Himself to the childlike (not childish)…those humble enough to admit that they don’t “know it all” and don’t have it all together… those who are open to something new. Jesus chose Peter, an uneducated fisherman, to lead His early followers. Was he ready? No! Peter denied knowing Jesus three times. But God loves to do amazing things with willing, open, humble, imperfect people…like you and me. How is God asking you to serve?
