Psalm 25:4

Make known to me your ways, Lord; teach me your paths.

Isn’t it true that we spend a lot of our time trying to get our way and blaze our path in this world? This is the agenda of our egos. God’s agenda for our lives will likely have nothing to do with our ego’s agenda. Which agenda will lead to inner peace and happiness? You were made for a purpose. Wouldn’t it make sense that your Maker would know that purpose? How will you ever know God’s ways and God’s paths for your life…if you never ask your Creator to show you? God gives you free choice. Why not set aside silent time to listen to the small, gentle, loving voice speaking inside your heart?
