Romans 12:6

Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us exercise them.

What are your talents?

Each talent is a gift from God.

Whatever passions you may have…they are gifts from God.

They were all freely given to you…built in at birth.

How are you developing them and cultivating them? That is your responsibility.

Your talent might be singing, artistry or dancing…or such things as critical thinking, math ability, public speaking, teaching, healing or making others laugh.

You may have a talent to make money or to make others feel welcome.

Whatever our gifts are…St. Paul in today’s scripture verse is urging us to use them to make the world a more loving, merciful, forgiving, compassionate and just place.

The kingdom of God is on the verge of breaking into the present moment…if only we cooperate.

This is also the key to finding your true self and the path to true joy and freedom.
