Creation is steeped in God’s goodness.

Psalm 65:12-13

You adorn the year with your bounty; your paths drip with fruitful rain. The untilled meadows also drip; the hills are robed with joy.

God lavishly pours out unconditional Love into creation…giving from an endless reservoir of Grace.

Our loving Creator continues to create.

As all things receive…they also give. All of creation gives back to the Creator in an endless cycle of giving and receiving.

All created things eventually give back everything…mirroring the seasons…taking part in the pattern of dying and rising.

For in all things…death leads to new life!

Jesus showed us that the crucifixion was not the end…but a new beginning.

Resurrection followed.

Love has the final say.

God’s gifts are never depleted.

We are the only parts of creation who have a choice whether to cooperate in the flow of this goodness…or whether to hoard God’s gifts falsely believing they belong to us and ignore our part in giving back. This interrupts God’s creative flow.

May each of us be dedicated stewards of this wondrous on-going creation…and graciously pass on to others the amazing bounty we have been given!
